Atlantic is a new family of display serif typefaces from MCKL inspired by American interpretations of Scotch Romans offered in 3 widths, multiple weights, and matching italics.
Atlantic was originally commissioned for the 2019 redesign of The Atlantic magazine. What began as a single headline font evolved into a much broader typographic system, informed by years of real-world use and expanded through ongoing development at MCKL.
